CHARACTERISTICS

Color: Characteristic of pink to purple red in the lean part and bright aspect of the fat.

Smell and taste: Delicious flavor meat, slightly salty and with a great characteristic aroma.

Texture: Homogeneous, little fibrous and without pastiness or softening.

Producto obtenido de las patas traseras de cerdos de raza ibérica alimentados exclusivamente de bellotas. Jamón de cerdo ibérico, Sal, Azúcar, Conservadores (E-252) (E-250), Antioxidantes (E-331iii) (E-301).
