CHARACTERISTICS

Color: Pink to red, without abnormal colorations, it offers a marble appearance due to infiltrated fat.

Smell and taste: Characteristic.

Aroma: Intense.

INGREDIENTS-COMPOSITION

Iberian acorn loin, salt, spices, paprika, olive oil, sugar, dextrose, antioxidants (E-300, E-331iii) and preservatives (E250, E-252).

CONDITIONS OF USE AND STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place between 5-10ºC.

It is recommended to aerate at least 30 minutes, and avoid possible masking due to packaging effect, of the organoleptic characteristics of the product.

Remove gut before consuming.
