Smell and taste: Meat of delicate flavor, little salty and of pleasant and characteristic aroma, without detecting any type of anomalous odor or flavor.

Texture: Homogeneous, little fibrous and without pastiness or softening.

INGREDIENTS-COMPOSITION

Product obtained from the front legs of Iberian pigs fed mainly on cereals and feed, salt, sugar, dextrose, and preservatives (E250, E-252).

CONDITIONS OF USE AND STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place between 5-10ºC.
