CHARACTERISTICS

Color: Characteristic of pink to purple red in the lean part and bright aspect of the fat.

Smell and taste: Delicious flavor meat, slightly salty and with a great characteristic aroma.

Texture: Homogeneous, little fibrous and without pastiness or softening.

Product obtained from the front legs of Iberian pigs fed exclusively on acorns. Iberian pork ham, Salt, Sugar, Preservatives (E-252) (E-250), Antioxidants (E-331iii) (E-301).
