Crego Ibericos in Fitur and Madrid Fusion

We start the year, non-stop and as we like best, making all our exquisite Iberian products known.

For yet another year, we have attended the main and most important gastronomic events in our country, on January 18 at FITUR: International Tourism Fair and on January 23 and 24 at MADRID FUSION: Gastronomy Congress.

It is always a pleasure for Ibéricos Crego to expose its Iberian products to the whole world, and we are certainly proud to attend events as important as these.

To publicize our history of cured meats in Guijuelo and offer our Iberian products to thousands of people directly, face to face, who have come over these days through the stands of the Guijuelo City Council at FITUR and Salamanca at the Bandeja and the Salamanca Provincial Council in MADRID FUSION, fills us with satisfaction. Hearing their comments and seeing their reactions when tasting our Iberian products leave us speechless.

They have been two unique experiences and we have been accompanied by magnificent Master Cutters, thank you Andrés and Óscar for your excellent work. Thanks to them we have been able to offer our Acorn-fed Iberian Ham to all those present, freshly cut full of aroma and flavor.

From here we want to take the opportunity to thank all those who in one way or another give us the possibility of living these experiences. Our thanks to the Guijuelo City Council, the Salamanca Provincial Council and Salamanca at the Bandeja, for their immense dedication to always making the best products from our area known.

We are definitely looking forward to going back next year.
